Does the appr.tc DEMO page have some delay problem?

Browsers and versions affected Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) I tried it with Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS.

Description I tried to connect with a new chatting room, but it took a longer time than before. I've been using "appr.tc demo page" for 2 weeks, it worked fine until 08/13/2019 2:00 AM UTC. But from a few hours ago, I came across a WebSocket error and delay problem.

Expected results Can connect within 1~3 sec, immediate connection.

Actual results It took 15 sec to connect.

I had the same problem a few hours ago but now I think this issue has been fixed
