Error when Execute grunt build

I got an error (look at the picture bellow) when execute grunt build. Please help me, thank you

when execute grunt build command some issue occurred.

we have download file and paste folder localhost xampp then again install python,grunt dependency package but not run apprtc please suggest proper sollution.
