Powerup/cost field won't appear in cards

I've enabled Costello as a Power up on Trello, and while the total cost appears in the top right hand side of the screen, I can't add any costs as the cost field does not appear in the cards. Any ideas how I might fix this? I've tried disabling and starting again.
