Visually show diff between versions of a page?

Internet Archive supports a rudimentary way of highlighting the changes between different versions of a page. It would be great to have something similar for pywb and/or for WARC files in general.

I couldn't find any information on what tools Internet Archive uses to achieve this.

I found a few existing tools for diff'ing HTML documents (these look quite old and might be unmaintained):
