Infinate Scroll × Pagination

Upgrade the Crawls & Workflows pagination to support scrolling through entries. Pagination controls should be relocated from the bottom of the page to the content control bar and the current page number should update automatically as the user scrolls through "pages" — now seemlessly displayed as an infinate list.
