Unify wght axis' between Recursive and Inter

Recursive's wght 400 ≅ Inter's 430. Would be good to unify the styles so that they are visually equal in weight, probably using Inter as the guide and modifying our monospaced styling accordingly.

This is a UI nitpick issue that can be dealt with as part of a larger polish pass and is not major.

Looks like font-size-adjust may be the best way to handle this - notably not supported in Chrome yet. :(
