Config scheduling - Yearly

Would be nice to be able to schedule crawl configs to create a new job on a yearly basis!

This option (under the Run on a Recurring Basis selection) should have month and day selectors as seperate dropdowns. Start time and run immediately options should also be present below similar to the other scheduling settings.

I think so, but admittedly this is quite low priority and maybe worth closing until we actually get asked for it!
