Add breadcrumbs to public collection view page

Context

Currently the public collection viewer doesn't have an obvious way back to an organization's public gallery. The private collections detail page has a link back to the collections list.

Changes

We should add a link "back" to an org's public gallery to encourage visitors to check out some other ones!
