Implement report view for all managed and unmanaged domains

As mentioned in #367 it would be ideal to have an interface (possibly a new tab) which can report on the current state of all domains handled by the current server and whether they have an https binding and are being managed as part of a managed certificate.

The following is a feature request from user Andre Farci in 2017:

• Ability to export current list of websites configured & managed by Certify Management tool to a CSV file.
• New Tab (next to In Progress or Managed Sites?) that shows all configured websites in a tabular form where you can click on each column title (website name, expiration date, date added to Management tool, etc.) – this will greatly help users like myself who will have hundreds of websites managed using your tool, allowing us to quickly view the lists in various sorting orders.
