feat: add support for less-loader

Enables threadloader to be used for less-loader

This PR contains a:

  • [ ] bugfix
  • [X ] new feature
  • [ ] code refactor
  • [ ] test update
  • [ ] typo fix
  • [ ] metadata update

Motivation / Use-Case

We would like to paralllelize expensive less transpilation.
