The CONTRIBUTING.md link at https://github.com/webpack/sass-loader?tab=readme-ov-file#contributing is broken since https://github.com/webpack/sass-loader/commit/01a94cbf6794c6f1ac6af5d8aeb2719c1caeed57

Not sure if this link was forgotten and should also be removed.
