Union with `image-webpack-loader`

I think will be great to unioin with https://github.com/tcoopman/image-webpack-loader, we already supports these feature and more, so I think we should finish the next major release with more features + squoosh support :star: and try to union

What do you mean with union?

I'm still maintaining but not actively developing image-webpack-loader. So if this repo is integrating more features and implementing squoosh I'm willing to point to this repo from mine.

Yep, I mean deprecate image-webpack-loader in favor image-minimizer-webpack-plugin (describe it in readme and maybe in npm with migration guide), if you want to help us I can invite your so we can continue working on the same problem
