Dropped node version 12 since it has EOF.
Thanks for your PRs.
I won't merge this one, as it is a breaking change and I don't see the point atm to create a new mayor version just for the sake of dropping and older nodejs version.
I will leave the PR open though, as at some point in the future this might come in handy.
