Whitespace in TV name

Thanks for this program! It's really helpful for resetting Dev mode.

The bug I have noticed is when setting up a TV if you put a space in the name e.g. "TV name" you will get a few issues.

For example, when you generate the renew script it will add a space for the generated file name and the script will then fail because it can't find the file because it has only generated the file up to the first space.

Name with space will not be allowed from v1.9.0, while old names with spaces will be accessible.
