Manual installation is not possible.

Hello. I need help. I'm trying to manually install a patched version of the Youtube Adfree app, but the Webos Dev Manager app won't let me do this manual installation. When I click Install, nothing happens.

Where is my error?

Hi, this seems like a duplicate of issues/259.

Workaround is to ssh into the tv (with prisoner account) and runs this one-liner: curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/webosbrew/webos-homebrew-channel/main/tools/install.sh | sh -

Cheers!

He is probably trying to point to an IPK to install the patched version. I'm having the same issue. Installing homebrew is not the problem; the issue is manually installing an IPK that isn't in homebrew yet. It's located on your computer, and you're trying to install it through the dev manager.
