Code of Conduct file has someone else's email address

Describe the bug CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md contains the email address of maximegris, the owner of the repo from which this was originally forked (angular-electron). Pretty sure he's not interested in hearing about "abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior" involving Dev Manager.

To Reproduce Here it is.

Expected behavior I created a draft PR deleting CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (#195). But I guess the email could just be replaced with @mariotaku's.
