So. I need an application that can customize the cursor color like blue instead of pink (or gray) that can customize patterned colored cursor. That should be compatibile for webOS 4.5 minimum. max version is latest webOS TV version. Requires root: no.
Overwriting cursors is obviously impossible without root. (Unless you have some reason to believe otherwise, which I'd be very interested in hearing.) And what's with the arbitrary version range?
This is a prime example of a low-effort "idea" lacking any research. If you are actually interested in contributing, perhaps you could investigate where cursors are stored on webOS and what is responsible for displaying them. You may get lucky and discover that this can be accomplished with a simple bind mount.
I will leave this issue open for now in case someone (else) wants to make a meaningful contribution in this area.
Context
Among other things, this user has opened numerous pointless/repetitive issues across several repos and engaged in spamming/flooding on Discord. I am sincerely hoping he decides to act more mature and contribute positively to the community, but I'm almost out of patience.
If you go to /usr/share/im, theres are cursors with frames and some unused cursors.
