Public Website via Page Builder Delivery bug

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Once A page in public website is published it should be shown on both the Website Preview URL and Website URL.
What do you see instead?
The published page comes in 100% accurate in Website preview URL. But under no circumstances shows in Website URL.
Additional information
There were some state configs in terms of deployment that were messed up, unsure this might have caused this. But if this might be the case let me know will try to redeploy a new instance and test. This is happening in dev environment. As this is just a name will it create problems?

Might be related to https://github.com/webiny/webiny-js/issues/2573 but unsure as to the reason and solution.
If this ticket was wrongly opened and this was the intended behaviour, If I missed something on docs please direct me to the correct place for more information.
@pranavburnwal we'll need more information. What parts of the system did you deploy? How are you accessing the public website vs. the preview website?
@Pavel910 Deploying all 4. The website published comes all okay in the preview link but doent come on the website url.
