Mailer not working and no form email notification is going out

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Added all the environment variables include the mailer secret password. Activated email notification trigger on a form. Did a form fill and no email is going out.

What is the expected behavior?

Emails should go out when you do a form fill.

What do you see instead?

No emails are going out.

I have the same issue, my smtp config works fine when I test it with https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test, but my webiny forms aren't sending out emails.
