The first impression of a new system is important, and user adoption of new tools and processes could be challenging. Hence, we are considering a customisable onboarding experience for your users. It is a great way to welcome, engage, inspire your users and save time and money for the organisation. The solution will be able to leverage existing documentation and user guides, but also to allow the client to set up event-driven communication to introduce the new users to the system and to keep existing users engaged and up-to-date with the new features and rules.

Great stuff. One additional idea that comes to mind is custom user guides for custom page elements and content models.
