Showing error message on the page "Set New Password" when the password does not confirm to policy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If there is no error message on the page, it's so difficult for a user to know what problem occurs as there is no response by clicking the button "SET PASSWORD" if the password does not confirm to policy.
