Prefix Block Categories With the Word "Page"

If we'll have the time, for consistency's sake, Instead of having blockCategory, let's have pageBlockCategory. In other words, let's include the "page" prefix.

We can do this before merging the whole Page Blocks v2 feature set.

This will be handled by the Webiny team.
