File Manager : state locale that the user is in

According to the locale, the user can see different contents in the file manager app. I think it would be really helpful to see which locale the user is using. In that way, the user can get the idea better of which content they should upload and check if they are in the right locale to work.

I would like to see the same locale change block on the top of the file manager app.
