Unable to set reCAPTCHA in Form Builder

What steps will reproduce the bug?

  1. Go to Form Settings
  2. Navigate to reCAPTCHA
  3. Toggle Enable button
  4. Input a site key and secret key
  5. Press the button "ENABLE GOOGLE RECAPTCHA"

What is the expected behavior?

reCAPTCHA should be enabled

What do you see instead?

Can't enable the reCAPTCHA and there is a dialog box showing a message "Form Builder settings not found!"

Additional information

I checked certain things:

  • reCAPTCHA is a v2 checkbox type
  • added domain in Google reCAPTCHA setting page
