Development is too slow

Describe the solution you'd like.

Creating simple HTML, CSS, JS elements is very slow and requires a higher level of understanding of CLI and react and other things than is really necessary. Plus, it is very slow to develop because the deploy time for each tiny change is very slow.

I wish there was a front end form where I could drop some code and get a page element. This is how it works on many other platforms. Deploy seems like overkill to update some html.
