Form Builder - In the RADIO field, "Other" option should be an input field

What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. In Form Builder, add a new custom and select RADIO
2. Under options, create several suggested option and also add OTHER as the final option

What is the expected behavior?

If the radio field has OTHER as an available choice, it would be expected that this is an input field that the user can use to clarify his specific answer that isn't available in the offered options.

Demonstrated on the example from Google Forms:

What do you see instead?

At the moment, OTHER will only be listed as another option that the user can select, but can't specify his/her specific answer.

Possible solution

In Form Builder, the RADIO element should have the functionality to add OTHER as an option, which would automatically create an input field for that option.
