Form Builder - Error when enabling Terms of Service and saving new settings

What steps will reproduce the bug?

  1. Create a new Form in FB
  2. Click on the Settings button in the Form Screenshot 2022-01-18 at 14 53 19
  3. Click on the Terms of Service entry on the left panel and then Enable ToS Screenshot 2022-01-18 at 14 54 45
  4. Save Settings

What is the expected behavior?

For the settings to be updated and the settings page to redirect to the Form Page with the changes persisted.

What do you see instead?

Blank page and the following error on the console.
