File Manager text refers to "image" when other file types are possible

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Open the File Manager with no files loaded or select a non-image type file.

What is the expected behavior?

The empty tags list should be neutrally worded. The delete button should refer to files not images.

What do you see instead?

References to images when other file types are possible.
