Allow uploading to model only specific file type

Expected Behavior

As a user, I want to upload to my model a specific type of file extension to avoid uploading by mistake wrong file type

Actual Behavior

Feature does not exist

Detailed Description

As it was discussed with Adrian Smijulj, I want to only allow to upload of a specific type of files from the Admin Area. For example, a model that is Voice Records that will only accept mp3 files and other model that is Videos that will only accept mp4 files
