[Bug] `fish@4` installer not working in macos 15.3.1

What were you trying to install (or what else went wrong)?

What exactly did you do?

webi fish

What went wrong?

mv: rename fish.app/Contents/Resources/base/usr/local to /Users/ryan/.local/opt/fish-v4.0.2: No such file or directory

Which OS did you try on?

macos 15.3.1

All I know about the new v4 is that it's written in Rust.

I haven't had a compelling reason to update.

Someone has done work on the V4 update, but I've been so discouraged by the amount of spam, bot, and Ai nonsense that I've just dreaded coming back to the repository to deal with it all.
