HTTP-404 for procmail

The installer for procmail is missing.

$ webi procmail
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 
error fetching 'https://webinstall.dev/api/installers/procmail.sh?formats=tar,exe,zip,git,dmg'```

Procmail is a pretty old tool and there are no downloadable packages in git releases for webi to build an installer on, that might be a problem.
