`sclient` amd64v2 isn't selected on Linux amd64

This is an oversight in the version selection.

The temporary solution is just to upload amd64, but we'll have to add another test to the selection function - it should prefer the know-compatible version, but fallback to future-compatible if the most compatible version is not known.
