[Bug] release are not being found on the first attempt

I'm getting a lot of

Error: no 'node@lts' release for 'linux' (Unknown Libc) on 'x86_64' as one of 'tar,exe,xz,git,dmg'

And then when I run it again, it works.

This has just started happening regularly in the last few days.
