Design an SEO icon for the SEO category in the scan results page (and readjust layout of category tiles)

If you want/need another tile, it could be other or misc.

We will eventually have that category. If you have cycles might as well do it now.

Removing part of this issue's title to focus on the SEO icon bit since we don't technically have tiles or an issue with space anymore.
