1. I cant sign CLA, coz of error
2. I use hint for testing my projects and fix. I cant add nginx examples based on my work, because i use nginx. But i'm not an expert)
3. How i can add examples. one by one, or can add several examples on one pull request?)

Sorry about the PR template still pointing to the old CLA. I see you were able to get the new CLA signed, but it's a good reminder for me to get that fixed 😀
