Request: Remove own "Privacy Policy" Option in favor of wp_page_for_privacy_policy (if set)

Wordpress 4.9.6 introduced some new options for handling privacy, including an options page where you set the page used for your privace policy.

If the option wp_page_for_privacy_policy is set, ginger should replace the settings dialog for the privacy policy page and use the options value instead; also the option to create a privacy policy page from within ginger is no longer needed.
