Missing inspect button in dev tools

This is by design. Because it doesn't work in separate window mode. See https://github.com/vuejs/devtools/issues/540.

Consider removing the "Welcome to the new version..." screen.

We just migrated from v6 to v7. I think we can remove it soon after.
