Simplify template

The idea behind this PR is to simplify the usage of the template and not have to delete half of the stuff when creating a new project.

The ToDo app is a fantastic flutter example so we moved it here.

This PR is WIP and open to discussions and suggestions. @webfactorymk/flutter-team
