fix(tooling): remove unwanted scripts

This pull request addresses

When moving to the new tooling, all the packages were setup with :broken scripts that renders useless as there aren't tests relevant to it written at all.

by making the following changes

Therefore, we are removing those unwanted scripts from 45 of these packages leaving room for the genuine ones alone
