Service worker doesn't update cache when element is deleted

Today I transferred brainy-table from my personal GitHub account to the organization I belong to. Now I'd like to unpublish old element reference from catalog, or to implement redirect (not sure that's really important right now, but still).

The repo was unpublished from bower registry, then transferred and re-published again. Strangely old link resolves to one of the older tags (1.1.2) in the title and lesser stars than repo actually has. Is it some king of caching issue?

It has actually updated on the site, but the old version under web-padawan/brainy-table is likely being cached in your browser.
