Property/Attribute Lifecycle description

@justinfagnani I've some Webcomponents wich only use the Attrbiutes Values, when they are set at object creation. They do not look for attribute/property changes. Is this something we should describe also? So a designer knows, do I need to change they attribute, the property or do I need to recreate the whole element.
