The link to revoke webcompat app authorization is wrong

Environment: Operating system: Windows 10 Firefox version: Nightly 104.0a1 (2022-07-17) (64-bit)

Prerequisites: Must be logged in on Github

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://webcompat.com/privacy
2. Scroll down until "Reporting via GitHub" section is reached
3. Click on " "Applications" section of your profile page." hyperlink
4. Observe the result

Expected Behavior: The user is redirected to "Authorized GitHub Apps" page.

Actual Behavior: The user is redirected to "Authorized OAuth Apps" page.
