Pagination does not reset when switching between milestones

Environment: Operating system: Windows 10 Firefox version: Nightly 104.0a1 (2022-07-13) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://webcompat.com/issues
2. Select a milestone
3. Click "next" to go to the next page
4. Select a different milestone
5. Check the page number in the address bar

Expected Behavior: Page number resets when a different milestone is selected.

Actual Behavior: Page number does not reset to 1, the page number is retained.

Notes:

3. Reproducible in Chrome as well
