"X" button from "Search" field overlaps long text

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to https://webcompat.com/ 2. Tap the “Search” icon. 3. Type in a long text in the "Search" field. 4. Observe the field.

Expected Behavior: No elements are overlapped.

Actual Behavior: "X" button overlaps the text.
