Functional Tests needs to be adjusted for an Oauth by app.

In https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat.com/issues/3639#issuecomment-962715637_ We discovered that the search was not working anymore. Still the functional tests are still passing.

Tests need to be adjusted for the new auth scenario.

This is a regression from #3629
