To test:

  1. Open an existing bug report on webcompat.com.
  2. Scroll down. (Migraine warning for migraine trigger.)
  3. Get migraine.

Each bug report includes a non-scrolling sidebar alongside the scrolling content. This can trigger migraines.

not exactly a solution to the issue at stake, but if you reduce the width of the window. the side bar will be stacked and the full context will be scrolled.

If I reduce the width of the window, then the combination of a scrolling window and too much of the rest of the screen causes the same problem.
