www.flyfi.com - site is not usable
URL: https://www.flyfi.com/
Browser / Version: Firefox 73.0 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.15 Tested Another Browser: Yes
Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Connecting to Jetblue entertainment for remote control doesn't work Steps to Reproduce: JetBlue has a new service with their entertainment system where you can use a web page as a remote control.
This works by using a websocket to connect the browser to the entertainment system.
This works on Chrome but does not work on Firefox (mobile or desktop).
Obviously this will be difficult to test/recreate. The software is provided by Thales. We're reaching out to see if they can help. I'll also try Jetblue via twitter.
Other things I've found - once Firefox connects to the websocket, Chrome can't connect, so we are connecting, we just aren't returning,
Browser Configuration
- None

Because obviously it is a tad hard to test ;)

Yeah, it's only accessible on the new JetBlue planes :).
I've reached out to them via twitter.
@mkaply @karlcow Any updates on the issue, since the issue can be reproduced only via an actual flight?

I don't know if @mkaply got an answer.
Nope, no good response.
Other folks ran into some flight issues on the way to Hawaii (other airlines). I just don't know what we can do in these case without someone going on a world tour :)
@mkaply Guess this will be a waiting game until they reply, unfortunately, given the preconditions of the issue. A possible fix that I might see is using the latest build of Firefox, but that might be shot in the dark.

Currently can repro on a flight, 109.0.1 (64-bit) on Ubuntu. I am on the flight another hour or two and then on another flight for five hours on Tuesday. If someone wants to feed me instructions I can try different things out, respond with information, etc.
Some info:
Loading http://flyfi.com/ produces a blank page:

Same with /home
, etc.
