Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. Indeed i couldn't use Teams correctly and ask me for an update. Screenshot from 2024-04-23 11-38-12

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 127.0a1 (2024-04-21) / Firefox Release 125.0.1 / Chrome 124.0.6367.61 • Operating System: Linux

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
  2. Not reproducible on Chrome.
  3. Reproducible regardless of settings of Enhanced Tracking Protection

On https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/cannot-launch-teams-meeting-in-firefox-browser-get/2ddeaafe-3093-4855-867b-2a575f846c56 there is a suggestion to turn off extensions. Disabling Night Eye fixed the problem for me.

Wow, it was that simple! I disabled DarkReader for the site and now it works, can even re enable dark reader once the web app has loaded and it continues to work fine for me too.

I'm experiencing this issue as well. What's more confounding is that the site was working fine at home, though it did initially throw the "app failed to init" error. After clearing the cache and retrying, it was working fine. Now I'm at work, and it's not working at all. It leads me to believe that network conditions contribute to whether it works or not.

The console displays the message "this.scenarioFactory is undefined" over and over, and it floods the console repeatedly. I don't know how to pause the console output, so I can't get any more detailed information.
