We appreciate your report but I was not able to reproduce this issue.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Beta 124.0-20240308091626 • Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 14) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density)

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or create a new profile (without syncing/importing data) and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings

I was able to add products to my cart for a while, but it stopped after a while, clicking add to cart did nothing. Tried clearing cache and cookies but it remained broken.

Just testing again, the cart started working again, but I managed to break to again by adding some products to the cart, then changing quantities and removing an item and now it's broken again.

Could you provide a screenshot with the Add-ons section from "Troubleshooting Information", please?

Steps:

  1. Open a new tab.
  2. Type "about:support" in the address bar.
  3. Enter.
  4. Scroll down the page until you reach Add-ons section.
  5. Make a screenshot of the whole "Add-ons" section.

Thanks for the screenshot. I've done more tests, adding and removing more products but I was able to do that every time without any issues.

Are you using customs settings for Enhanced Tracking Protection by any chance? If so which ones:

Could you test on the latest Firefox Nightly as well, please?

Not custom, I'm have Standard on.

Tested on Nightly and unable to replicate.

Thanks for the update. For this project, the main focus is on Firefox Nightly. Since the issue is not reproducible on Firefox Nightly, this will be closed as "wontfix".

We apologize for the inconvenience but the issue will most likely be fixed in the upcoming Firefox Release/Beta versions. If the issue will still be present, feel free to file a new report and we will investigate it further.
