Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly Steps to Reproduce: On Firefox the window shows a loading bar which increases to 99% but never completes. On Edge the loading bar appears and is then replaced with the actual website.

Additional: Tested with and without uBlock and Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection, made no difference. No other extensions running.

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. The website stops loading at 99%.

Notes:

1. When turning ON Firefox Profiler⁩, the website loads instantly.
2. The page loads sometimes if left open long enough (few minutes)
3. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status on both FF Nightly and Release
4. Not reproducible on Chrome

Note: On latest version of Firefox (106.0.5), waiting until the loading bar hit 99% and then refreshing the page was sufficient to cause it to draw the website.

Issue is still reproducible, refreshing the page won't make it load for me. Tested on:

Loading takes several seconds to render the page, but has done so consistently on multiple tabs and private browser window.

Issue is not resolved, site sometimes goes past the 99% green bar with Firefox 108.0.2 with the Web Developer Network Pane logging page load.

Note logging in seems to generate several pages that get stuck on 99%.

It works consistently on Firefox Android 108.2.0 in case that is relevant.
